Best first buying experience I could have imagined! I went on a busy federal holiday, and despite that Jasen was able to be flexible with my schedule and had everything ready to go when I arrived. The test drive and preliminary paperwork with Jaime was fantastic, great conversation and personality. I came in with financials figured out so while that was initially daunting, all the finalizing and signing was a much easier than anticipated. All in all everyone I encountered was helpful, trustworthy, and straightforward. I was extremely satisfied with the price and am obsessed with my pre-owned Toyota. Also, the car pen and dad jokes were top-tier!!

Erica Baker (and Iry in her absence) was great in keeping us apprised of where we were in the process every step of the way, making the sales process a breeze! All the staff we dealt with were helpful and respectful, and we would highly recommend your dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The only (small) part we didn't like of the process was the push (not aggressive) to purchase additional warranties as we completed the sale. We realize that this is just part of the process -- just not one that is our cup of tea, as we tend to plan ahead ourselves for these sort of eventualities. All in all, an A+ job by everyone at the dealership.
