2017 Ford Focus RS

I went and got my car serviced here over a month ago. Had a fantastic experience, Ethan is extremely kind and professional. Just yesterday they got my mother in a brand new Maverick! I never recommend car dealers. Most of the time it's this constant fight between the customer and the sales staff. A fight that the customer tends to lose. It's usually trying to get a decent amount for your trade-in, and then being told that you're too high, that sites like KBB, Edmunds, Nada, etc aren't very accurate. This is always bizarre to me considering those tools are put out there to provide consumers with information and give them a better chance at getting what their vehicle is worth. Throughout the process, you get to a point where you either can't come to an agreement, or they have worn you down so much that you just say yes to anything to get the torture to end. I experienced none of this with Awesome Ford of Chehalis. And just like their name implies, they really are awesome. The sales staff have been quick to act on any questions and requests that have, they are a no-markup dealership and sell at MSRP which is so rare these days. When we got to the F&I office, it continued the same excellent experience. No forcing to buy extended warranties or other add-on products. When I mentioned I wasn't interested, that was heard, and we moved on to completing the deal. With the accommodation of completing most things prior to arriving, by the time we got there, signed papers, and transferred items to our new truck, we were gone within an hour! That's just unheard of. I will continue to use this dealer and recommend them to anyone who is looking for an amazing vehicle purchasing experience.

Awesome Ford has been great to work with. We bought our new Bronco from Chris who is so knowledgeable and the entire team helped make our experience seamless.
