I just purchased a vehicle from Mini of Murray and it was the most seamless experience I have ever had working with a dealership! I worked with Caroline and we did most everything over the phone, since I do not live close to the dealership. Negotiating the price of the vehicle was so quick and easy, I couldn’t even believe it! Zimran in service was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Dealer service centers tend to get a bad rap, and for good reason – I've worked with a number of dealerships across a litany of brands in the valley and ????; I typically prefer 3rd-party shops. Zimran didn't waste my time, wouldn't let me pay for service that I didn't need, and quoted reasonable prices for work I did need. 10/10 would recommend.
Just bought our 5th Mini from Mini of Murray and everyone there was great to work with, as always. Our advisor that helped us order our Mini was offered a new opportunity and left before our car was delivered but Harrison stepped in and took care of everything.
