We had the best car buying experience. In Sunday night we made a request for the Hyundai Palisade that was in stock via text. We noted the price we were interested in, already had approved financing. Marcio responded immediately. First thing Monday morning Marcio confirmed the offer. We agreed. I sent him photo of my license and whatever other information needed. I finished work early and drove 1 hr to Mathew’s from Mooresville. By the time we got there car was being detailed, all paperwork was ready. Finalized finance paperwork with Ace , another pleasant finance experience. No hassle, no overselling, they got cash from my bank and done. Drove home in my new car. The sales staff was friendly, no pressure sales nor upselling services. Thank you Marcio and Ace. For making my birthday gift to myself a good experience.

I just recently purchased a second Hyundai at the Keffer location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and non-pushy. My sales associate, Paul was so down to earth and checked in after I purchased my car to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle. The finance associate, Eden, kept things transparent and didn’t try to persuade me into adding on any features I didn’t really truly need. I would confidently recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Hyundai!

Levi the sales consultant did an outstanding job with helping me secure the car I wanted. I was out of town and wasn't able to stop by the dealership to test drive or view. Without me even asking, he did a video showing me the car. I needed to use my cellphone to look up a few things and Levi allowed my daughter to watch her YouTube videos on his desktop. I also had a rental car I needed ti return and Levi helped me remove my items from the rental to my new car and personally drove the car so I wouldn't have to Uber back to the dealership to get my new car. He was very thoughtful and kept me updated the entire time on what was happening. A HUGE thanks to Jeremy the finance manager who was able to think outside of the box and for being very thorough with the paperwork. The entire staff from the receptionists to the Managers were really nice and welcoming. I had brought my 13 month old daughter with me and they were very kind to her as she walked around and greeted everyone. Thank you Dream Team!
