Worked with Joe, great salesman. Bought a used 2021 BMW X3M. I called Thursday at 10AM, made an offer, he called me back an hour later and we came to agreement. Filled out credit app online, got approval later that evening. Picked it up all clean and ready to go Friday afternoon. From coming to dealer to leave in my new to me X3M, it was less than hour, legitimately. 10/10 for being able to read customers and not wasting time, I would absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to all my friends and family!

I’ve been a 20+ year customer of Preston BMW. I purchased my first vehicle from them in 2002. All told I have purchased 4 cars from Preston and Mike Westcott Recently I purchased a 2022 M760 and traded in 3 BMWs to make the deal. Mike and the sales staff along with Christina went out their way to make the deal work. I can’t thank them enough. Also, as I have owned as many as 7 BMWs at once - I use their service department a lot. Brady and Jason are first rate service advisors and have never done me wrong. The best car buying experience that we have ever had. The customer service was excellent. Paul was outstanding in helping us understand the features and advantages of the BMW model we were looking at and was invaluable in his assistance. He loves BMW and it shows. Connor was thorough, kind, and helpful throughout the financing process. Paul made sure we were up and running with all the tech features before we left the lot. We drove from out of town and they literally called someone to come back in on a Saturday late afternoon to help us leave with the car that day. My husband and I would give more than five stars if possible. Preston will be our go to when we need a car in the future.
