Prior to last week I had an issue contacting Acura and actually getting help. However I called regarding a recall and Devin( Service Department) promptly helped me and he even made sure he attempted multiple times to reach out to me with an update . In addition Rudee(Sales Dept.)is also an angel, super helpful patient and ensured that she helped as much as she could. She even contacted the manufacturer for us! impeccable service!
