2026 MINI Hardtop

I was buying from wayyy out of town (near Memphis), but Carlos, my salesman, kept in touch with me daily about all of the actions and steps I needed to take. I have never had a salesman spend so much time making sure I was confident and comfortable. My very favorite attention to detail were the videos he would send of my car. Yes, there are pictures posted, but he showed it in video format to show it “in real life”. This was such a plus as I was buying completely virtually. Also, Anthony in finance sent all the paperwork for me to sign and marked everything extremely clearly so that it would have been difficult for even me to mess up the signatures! All the accolades available to Carlos and Anthony. If my experience virtually was this awesome, imagine being able to be in their presence when buying!

I have so many good things to say about Luis Reyes, Luis Flores & Polo Santos. My sister was able to purchase her new sonata and the process was amazing. The most seamless process ever and amazing people. I am so excited and love the fact how honest everyone is throughout the process. Thank you so much and I will be referring everyone to them and you gained a customer for life. Sometimes with purchasing new things can be scary but this was the best decision thus far. It was the best car buying experience. Gilberto, my salesman, knew all the details of the cars I was interested in. He listens to what I say and made good suggestions. Being able to choose from such an extensive inventory was a real help. Gilberto lined up all the cars I was looking at after we tested them , this made the process very easy and I must say enjoyable.
