Check in process was easy and quick with no waiting, kept me informed about the service progress and recommendations for other services needed, included a video with what actually was done and other problems that existed. Appreciated that I was given a loaner to use once it was discovered that services could not be completed within that day and that way I did not have to wait at the dealership all day. My car would not start. After servicing my 2015 mini convertible s at mini of Towson, my car drives like a brand new car. My advisor Justin was awesome! He went over the repairs with me and we found a way for me to get the repairs done without breaking the bank.
The service advisors are always on point! Which I’m sure the whole dealership is. I’ve been working with Wayne for several months now. Always thorough and makes sure everything is completed.
