2024 MINI Convertible Cooper

5 Star Service and Sales! I was shocked and blown away by the service and sales at Jerry Seiner. I took my 2017 Yukon to get serviced and not only were they on time/nice and communicative, their technician took a video to show me exactly what was wrong with my car and made recommendations. This really helped ease my fear that dealerships make things up to get you to pay more money for service. What really sealed the deal for us in making Jerry Seiner GMC our go to for our next purchase is our sales rep Adrian. We were already in the market for a new vehicle around the same time that we were getting our 2017 repaired. I shopped around to many other dealerships and was forthcoming with Adrian. Adrian was the ONLY dealer, literally the only dealer that didn't try to chum me up or do any hard sales or tactics or tell me to take the car home. He was very patient with me as I made several visits over the course of a week. When I finally decided on a vehicle he was very upfront on numbers meaning, once we were done negotiating I knew exactly every single fee, taxes and everything that would be presented during the financing signing. I wasn't blind sided by anything. He was awesome to work with and followed through on everything he said. We will be in the market for another vehicle next spring and Adrian will be the one we go to first. We are loving our 2024 Yukon Denali!

This is my first buying experience with Jerry Seiner GMC. The experience end to end was amazing despite the fact that the dealership was dealing with a software outage that had key systems down or slow. The on-lot truck inventory was very deep with tons of trims and options to choose from. The sales representative (Louis) was more like a car buying consultant and was very proactive without pressuring. The dealership honored the posted price on the website (which almost never happens) and helped me leverage all the available incentives (manufacturer rebates, loyalty cash, Costco membership, ++). Both the finance and service managers are fantastic to work with, making the often dreaded mandatory paperwork effortless. After making the decision to buy, I was signed and driving off the lot in less than 30 minutes. Definitely recommend.

Our sales person, Dalya was so very helpful. She got us a really great deal on our Tucson. We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service we received. The Tucson is an amazing car.
