5 stars across the board! Jorge Gutierrez in the Service Department is the best! If repairs need to be done, Jorge is the go-to guy. He explains the repairs in great detail and always stays in communication throughout the repair process. Mini of Universal City has always had a great reputation, and Jorge takes it to all new high. I inquired here years ago looking to purchase a manual transmission vehicle. When all the other dealerships laughed at my request. It was only here at Universal Mini where a sales representative emailed me weeks later to let me know a new car became available. Since then I have brought my car here for service. The team here is absolutely the best!! However I have to give a major shout out to Jorge in the service department. He is an absolute gem there.
