My first experience at Mini of Las Vegas was great! I was greeted warmly and my car service started on time. The receptionist walked me to the clean and comfortable waiting area and showed me where I could help myself to coffee or water. The service manager came out to the waiting room and told me about a special on oil changes and explained the issues my car was having and we talked about a good timeline for getting the repairs done. He didn’t pressure me at all and was very kind and polite. Checkout was easy and efficient and then he walked me out to my car which received a complimentary car wash. A+ experience here, I highly recommend.
