Tom would Volvo/Land Rover was wonderful. A great buying experience! Nick Weybright in sales was outstanding a real delight to work with a no pressure guy who really knows his business and did a great job in holding and helping me secure the car, a beautiful one owner, 2010 Range Rover sport. Todd Bieberdorf was also a help in getting me oriented to my new Tom Wood used vehicle. The sales manager indeed everyone I talked to was first rate kudos go out to the detailing guys who did a wonderful job and the service people who looked after my car before I bought it. I traded in my beautiful Blue Audi A3 and got a good deal for it that I'm very happy with and all I can say is I would recommend Tom Wood Volvo Used Cars and Nick Weybright, if you are looking for a new vehicle! Five stars all the way!

Tom Wood Volvo Jaguar Land Rover is by far the best dealership we have ever dealt with. We have purchased our last two vehicles from there. We worked with Waldir this time, and he was amazing! He was so educational about our interests and was so hands on in helping us learn all about the car we chose! We are delighted with our new ride and will continue to buy from them in the future! We also only use their service for our vehicles! They are super precise in detail and easy to communicate with! Highly recommend service at Tom Wood Jaguar. The service is outstanding and is what one would expect from Jaguar/ Land Rover dealer. Since moving to Indianapolis area this is my second Jaguar from Tom Wood. One of the main reason I purchased is the outstanding customer service. Today where customer service is a thing of the past it is refreshing to see it thriving at Tom Wood. From the minute I call my outstanding service advisor Lia Wolfe everything is handled. Lia keeps you advised what is needed and what is not needed done and what the cost will be. No surprises. When you pick up your car it looks like the day you purchased it. They wash the exterior and do a complete interior deep cleaning. Lia goes over with you exactly what was was done and if you have any questions. Then I always receive a follow up call to make sure everything is good. The follow up is fantastic and always with a Thank you for doing business with Tom Wood. Thank you Tom Wood!
