My experience with Bob Johnson and specifically Greg Palmer (Sale Person) at the Lexus dealership was top notch. I had to order the car I wanted and Greg was very patient with me going through all the options. Then was able to find the car in another state so I did not have to wait as long. He kept me informed where the car was during the delivery. The day we picked up the car Greg was very organized with all the paper work so the process was very easy.

Best car buying experience I've ever had! I loved one of the cars on the lot, but not the interior or exterior color. I happened to find the perfect one online but it was 240ish miles away. They were able to do a dealer trade and got me the exact car I wanted. Meghan was my salesperson and she was so pleasant and very prompt at getting back to me when I asked a lot of questions during the process. The whole team at Bob Johnson Lexus was wonderful to work with and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future! Huge thank you to all!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. My sales representative, Mark, was extremely honest and professional. A couple points of the sale were a little more detailed because I was an out of state buyer, but everyone involved handled it all in stride. They made everything so easy that I left feeling like I'd forgotten something. What an experience! I got everything I wanted and nothing I didn't. Thank you!
