Experience from start to finish was excellent. From coming in in December BMW curious to leaving at the end of March the proud owner of a custom M2, Matt was there with great information and support the whole way. Alan Cerimovic was awesome to work with while purchasing my 2024 M340i. I was a first time out of state buyer with a lot of questions. The experience at BMW was absolutely white glove. Ryan, the manager, was really incredible. Additionally, Robbie, went above and beyond to deliver a dynamic experience. Even when we had a minor issue, Ryan took ownership of it no questions asked and took care of us as if we were VIPs. The service team was also fantastic. At every turn, and every visit, everyone on the staff had a true ownership mentality - something rare in business these days. We'll be clients of this dealership for a long time.
