2024 MINI Hardtop Cooper

As I had been searching for a BMW X5 for quite a while, I couldn't seem to find the right fit for me. I traveled to multiple BMW dealers, but it didn't seem to be the right fit. I sold the X5 I was interested in, or the salesman weren't very helpful. In a way, it seemed like they didn't even want to sell a car. When I was about to throw in the towel I found a potential 2021 BMW X5 M50i in BMW South Bay that was in very good shape even when it was a used X5 I decided to reach out to Paul which he was very helpful even when they were about to close. I decided to go home and think about a decision. Unfortunately Paul wasn't working the upcoming days that I wanted to go in to see the car but referred me to another salesperson Alex Chavez was working and was very helpful as soon as we walked in. Debriefed him on everything, and he was extremely helpful and worked with us on getting me the best deal. As there was another set back since it was once again closing time and banks were closed, I had to wait to the next day. Alex was once again very helpful as he kept me on the loop with the bank we were trying to refinance with and with every step in the whole process. Alex Chavez made it happen for me, and I'm very happy with my BMW X5. He is a great salesperson who is not just about selling a vehicle, but he is there to actually help you on getting the best deal and with every step of the process. If you are looking into getting a BMW, I recommend going to BMW South Bay and asking for Alex Chavez. You will not be disappointed!
