2024 MINI Hardtop Cooper

The service was great! David was amazing he helped me find the right car for me. He was very patient, and the best part he speaks Spanish!!! This made the whole experience that much better for me. I was going back and forth between two cars and he really took his time explaining the benefit of each so I could make an informed decision. Everyone treated me with respect and the process was very smooth and relatively fast. I recommend this dealership and David 100% I love my car!!!

Went to Wesley Chapel Honda because of the great reviews on Google and let me just say, THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!! Jakob was helpful in finding me a car with just want I wanted and Jason in finance worked with me in finding the best possible payment for me. I love all the little extras that they did and the extras that Wesley Chapel Honda offers, I am going to be a big fan of the 2 years of free service. Every staff member that I came across was friendly and offered to help in any way they could. I bought my car on a Friday (it is Tuesday right now) and every time someone asks about my car, or I tell them ????, I mention that if they are looking for a Honda this is the place to go. I purchased a 2024 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback EXL. I am glad Jakob showed me this because I was NOT going to get a harchback... but the design of the 2024 it just looks like a short trunk until you open it up, so it ended up working for me. I love it! This is my Honda dealership, even though I live like 66 miles away and have other options, I will continue to take the drive for the services they provide and they are the friendliest dealership I have ever been to. Thank you! ???? UPDATE: Just when I thought it could not get any better I got a call from Jason saying he got me an even better deal!!! I thought we were all done and Jason was still working on getting me a better deal. And he did!!!! Even on his day off!!!!! I also had a minor issue with connecting my phone to the info center and while I was in Jason's office Jakob had that all taken care of and even had my car washed!!! I tell you one thing! They have gained a customer for life!!! I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND WESLEY CHAPEL HONDA they treat you as family would treat you! Thank you again for making my car dreams come true! ????

Just purchased my first car with W/CH Honda and I could not be any happier with my overall experience!
