2023 MINI Hardtop Cooper

Jennifer Zaragoza was our sales person. She was very polite, and went above and beyond in helping me get the best deal for the purchase of my vehicle. Jennifer is also great with communication.

I Drove to this all MINI dealer from Northwest Indiana since it was the closest from my home. This dealer is loaded with MINI coopers in all shapes and sizes. As soon as my wife and I walked in on a blistering, cold January day, we were greeted warmly by Ali Daraiseh. Ali was extremely knowledgeable about everything MINI. He listened carefully as to what I was looking for, allowed me to test drive an array of Clubman models (some more than once), and didn’t make me feel pressured at any point of my decision making. He made my car buying experience the best it could be. Unfortunately though, Ali wasn’t the only person I had to deal with in order to walk out with a car. When it came time to sign the finance documents, Ali took me over to the finance manager. That process was a bit uncomfortable due to her not simply accepting my “no thank you” responses as a final answer when it came to add ons like gap insurance and extended warranties. I definitely felt unnecessary pressure at that point. In the end, she finally accepted my final answers and I walked out of there with the car I wanted at the price I was happy to pay. If I am ever in the market for another MINI, I wouldn’t hesitate going to Bill Jacobs MINI. Thanks Ali!

Jed and his team were top notch! I flew in from out of state just before Labor Day weekend to pick up my dream Clubman, a low-mileage CPO vehicle of a very unique build, in pristine condition. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They accommodated me for an extended hold period with a reasonable deposit so I could arrange travel plans, even got me an Uber to the dealership, and I was done and out the door in just a couple hours with my new (to me) car! Logistically, it was unusual circumstances, but they just got it done. It was an incredibly smooth experience and it feels like they rolled out the red carpet. And these guys stand behind their sale, too; they’re even taking care of a minor (but expensive!) cosmetic problem that was noticed after I was on the road. 10/10 would recommend.
