I have an excellent experience at Mini in Hartford. Very special service from Corrine Sisk, what incredible service, my best experience buying a car. She made me feel like a friend , so attentive, knowledgeable and super special. The process was so smooth, quick and easy. I’m so happy with the attention from Corrine , she explained to Me all my options and answered every question I had with tremendous professionalism. After the purchase, she seat down with Me in the car and explained everything about and how to use every little detail in and out of the car. Very satisfied, Thank you.

We have purchased a lot of vehicles in our lifetime from different makes and models. New Country MINI is hands down the best buying experience we've had to-date. I feel like we made friends with everyone at the dealership and they took excellent care of us. Our older MINI needed maintenance and we had such a great experience with Austin in their Service Department. Concierge-feel text messages and updates that did not make me feel like a number or random customer. We then went to the dealership with our older MINI looking to upgrade and met Corrine. From there we went on a series of test drives with a few different models to find the right one. Corrine never made us feel pressured or rushed and was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. Top notch. Even when Corrine set our expectations that she was going away for a few days during the buying process, she had us work with Jevon, another Motoring Advisor, who took equally good care of us. Jevon allowed us to go on another test drive to ensure we found the one and also spent the time answering all of our questions. Team effort without hesitation. Corrine picked me up the morning of my purchase delivery so I did not have to Uber to the dealership and we were pretty much talking and laughing every step of the way of the great delivery experience. When I met with their sales manager Chris I did not feel pressured and was easily explained all I needed to know. New Country MINI has been nothing but a great experience and we look forward to when our new MINI needs the next standard maintenance or when the opportunity arises to do business with the sales team again.
