I bought several cars from these guys and was always given fine advice and treated really well. Yes, the prices are the prices, so don’t expect to have to, or get to, haggle. I’ve always felt I’ve gotten a very fair deal on a quality used vehicle.

This is long overdue. I purchased a 2019 Ford Escape in January 2023. Let me say that was the easiest car buying experience in 50 years of driving. My salesman was Bob "the bald guy". Nice, down to earth guy. Everyone there is! No haggling over the price, i got the car at a fair price. I was hesitant to buy a four year old car but the car had one owner, it came in off a two year lease that started in 2020. It only had 16,900 miles on it. The car is loaded!!! I brought it in for its first oil change and had a new battery put in it ( since i figured the battery was 4 years old and air conditioner season was approaching). Met Bill the service manager who bent over backwards to help and accommodate. I'll be bringing it back for service in August for oil change and tire rotation and then state inspection in September. My wife loves the car too and Colonial. Make it even easier.... Go with your pre-approval from Capital one or whoever you use for financing. Most of their cars are cream puffs as we called them back in the day. They come in off of leases and bought at auction which is how I think you should buy if your buying used. New cars are ridiculously overpriced. I'll let you know if anything here changes.

Bob was the best! I went in there extremely nervous not knowing what to expect (my last dealership experience was awful) but he helped me through everything & got me in and out of there in less then 3 hours. Great service and in love with my car!!
