We have purchased many used vehicles in our lifetime and I can honestly say that this was and continues to be the best experience we’ve had from start to finish!! We worked directly with Rob at the Springfield location and he was very personable and answered all of our questions, replaced the windshield wipers, ordered and installed a front license plate bracket that was missing, and even took care of an issue we noticed a few days later that we were concerned with free of charge! He thoroughly explained the CNA National Warranty program and how it works and what you get for the cost, not to mention gave us some piece of mind if anything goes wrong since the current warranty was due to run out in less than 30k miles. All in all, I highly recommend their business and we will definitely be a returning customer for all of their offered services!!
