2023 MINI Convertible Cooper S

As usual I had an amazing experience purchasing my new mini Cooper. The staff is so friendly and professional, and always makes you feel welcome. I love going there. It’s such a great atmosphere. I always feel special. Everyone is so friendly and is available to answer any questions. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere anywhere else I just love the atmosphere, and the people are great.Nick Feisthammel was absolutey wonderful!

Orlando Mini was simply AMAZING! From start to finish both Francisco & Jim the manager were engaging, positive & responsive to our requests. My husband & I went in "looking" for a fun car - we left with our new 2024 JCW Mini Convertible! We love it and the experience here is unmatched. I had my car serviced at Orlando Mini and Tiffany was my service advisor. She listened to my concern, and was able to have my car in and out in no time! I highly recommend the service department here at Orlando Mini and especially if you talk to Tiffany, I’m sure you will be very pleased. By the way, the dealership has amenities in the waiting room if you’re thirsty, or you want to have an ice cream or you just want to have a cup of coffee. They provide all kinds of juices and water and various edibles. It was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend the Orlando Mini Service Department and the dealership for your mini Cooper needs!
