The whole sales team at this dealership is absolutely fantastic. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone along the way, especially Damon, my sales rep. He was very accommodating with every request and question I had, let me go on several test drives, and led a very simple, straightforward sales process. I got an awesome deal on my trade in, and pre-ordered my dream mini convertible. I would definitely recommend any person or car at this dealership.

A huge shout out to MINI of Austin Parts Department. I needed a set of Bonnet Stripes quickly (within a day), and although MINI of Austin was out of stock, the Parts Department staff put the order in quickly to ensure there was a good chance the parts would be delivered the next day (and they were). I found Danny to be very down to earth and empathetic to my plight (failure to obtain the stripes would have pushed back other appointments…paint protection film and window tint), and with a military related move imminent, I could not afford the setback. Danny wasn’t behind the counter when I picked up the stripes, but I found the person who processed my payment to be equally caring and personable. My local dealership is pretty large…they weren’t helpful in this instance and certainly I didn’t get the same sense of caring that seemed to be embedded in MINI of Austin’s core culture. Would I drive 90 minutes one way just to do business (vehicle purchase or parts) with MINI of Austin again? A RESOUNDING YES.
