2024 MINI Hardtop Cooper S

The service team is always amazing and very friendly. My service advisor Jean is the absolute best and always extremely helpful and great to talk to. Only one issue this trip, mechanics left the flap open under my car where the oil change is done…drive for a few days wondering why my car was making noises from underneath. Other than that everything was good.

The team works hard on several variables to help me keep my MINI running smooth. I have a 2015 so maintenance is important for the long term. Whether I'm in for standard maintenance service or a question, I get upfront and transparent information to make a plan of action. Diagnostics come with video and explanation, and contracts are clear with time taken to walk through. Every single person I encounter is professional, personable, and respectful. The place is clean and maintained well, and it's comforting to see cars coming and going through the service area looking road ready. I really won't take my MINI anywhere else.

I cannot thank Noel and the service team at Crevier enough. They did an amazing job fixing my countryman, and they did so for a very reasonable price. They were very transparent about what needed to be fixed and provided videos of the issues. They worked with me and my family to make the repair affordable. We will be going back to Crevier for all our repairs and to buy our next car.
