He took the time to give us all the information we asked for and then some on our vehicle, its history and what we could expect in the future when it came to warranty work at our local dealership (the car still has 1 year of manufacturer warranty remaining). And didn't try to hard sell an extended warranty that I wasn't interested in. The warehouse his cars "live in" is clean. The car I was seeking, and bought, was meticulously clean!
