First and only Dealership I fully trust and use faithfully since purchasing my mini there. Always fair and surprisingly very competitivewith pricing, they are fully transparent, provide a video walk-through of your vehicle with your service quote, communicate through text if you prefer it, provide you a dedicated service agent, offer convenient loaner vehicles, and in general have amazing customer service. Eric has produced a really great service team that I've consistently relied upon year after year, who also know me by name when I walk in the door. Thank you Mini for breaking out from under the stereotype, and as a female especially, for restoring all lost faith in dealership service! Perhaps other dealerships will pay attention and do the same.
