2026 MINI Hardtop Cooper S

I have been very pleased with the service I've received from Keith Marshall. Our communication has been very good and he has done a great job of keeping me apprised of matters related to repair costs and parts availability. Whenever I have to leave my vehicle for repairs, he is quick to offer me a loaner vehicle or transportation to my home. He is always prompt in returning my calls. Recently he was out ill for a day, but when he noticed I had left him a voicemail he was quick to have another service rep call me to address my concerns. Also recently, I had a concern about one of the repairs to my vehicle. I asked to meet privately with him and the service manager. Keith was quick to set up the meeting and then helped me present my issue to the service manager. So, at this point in my relationship with Onyx, I can say that I am very pleased overall and with the fine support I am receiving from Keith Marshall.

Morgan made the lease process of my new BMW as seamless as possible. From the time I contacted her to the time I had my new BMW in my driveway I felt I was well informed, treated with respect, and never under any sort of pressure. Awesome The X5 and the MX5 does not look too different except only when one is driving you will feel the difference the engine really picks up nicely. It drives so smoothly and the power in it it’s like being on cloud. Be careful of the speed though we want to be safe. Yeah, it lives up to the name where it’s all about the driving in experience focus The colors also just cheers you up It’s really digging into my pocket a bit on my budget but the enjoyment of the M series of the X5drive. It’s just, you have-had to experience it. Also, I see the upholstery has gone back to the soft comfortable yet sturdy leather. Bottom line love in the new upholstery. Very breathable for the airflow on a hot summer day and then in the winter time can easily keep you warm.
