2025 MINI Hardtop Cooper S

As always, Crown Mini service reps hooked me up. Thought I would have them rotate and balance the tires prior to a weekend get away a few hours North-West. I opted to get the free car inspection. One of the guys came out and said that the better tires are already in the front and if there weren’t any issues with the way it drives, it isn’t needed. I appreciate the integrity of Crown Mini! Thank you! Now I had more cash to spend in Shenandoah Valley.

As always, great service and very professional staff. Steve always does a great job. I had to get to a doctor’s appointment while my car was being serviced and he arranged a shuttle for my drop off. The driver, I believe Mike, even called me to make I did nt need a ride back! This is caring and kindness!

Appointment was delayed twice to account for parts to arrive. Work was efficient once started but was more costly than the original quote as only one aspect of the service was quoted. I understand the higher cost but I hadn’t budgeted for the entire amount. The shuttle driver Steve was great and went out of his way to make my experience great each way.
