I had the best car buying experience ever at this place. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating!! I bought a mini and Tom was my salesman. He was so nice and happy. They work with you to make a deal happen for you. It was worth the 1.5 hr drive. Will reccomend to anyone

Wonderful experience. Salesman Jacob Darcy was very kind and helpful. I especially liked that he never pressured me to purchase. It was not the intense, high pressure sales approach that I have experienced elsewhere in the past. My only disappointment was the long wait to see the finance person. We waited about three or four hours, if I remember correctly. However, it gave us an opportunity to grab lunch, for which we are being reimbursed. Most importantly, once we got in to see our finance rep, Greg, he made the process very straightforward and finished everything quickly. Like Jacob, Greg was personable, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Tonya and the rest of the team did a wonderful job welcoming me to the new space and giving me plenty of options for spending my time there while waiting. The service bay is the most pristine auto facility I've ever seen, I have no idea how you keep everything so clean. I love the Mini-themed waiting area, but the high-top tables downstairs were also great when I had to get a little work done. The video message from the technician is one of the best experiences I've ever had with an auto dealer, I love seeing everything they're seeing and trusting that it's all on the record.
