My sales person is Mary Skinner. I have purchased two mini coolers from her…she is thorough, personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with throughout the whole mini process. The finance person is Seth and I will use all the same adjectives to describe my interaction with him. I also want to mention and compliment Jimmy Grill, who is now the service manager but was once the sales manager. I always receive first rate service when I take my mini in for service. Over-all, just a great team. Because of them , I am a loyal mini customer.
Mary Skinner was wonderful to work with she gave me all the information I needed to make the purchase of the most gorgeous Mini Cooper SE. I had been looking at electric Mini Coopers for several weeks and when I found the British Racing Green Mini at Mini of Charleston I knew this was the vehicle for me. Mary trusted me and held the car until I could get there see it and sit in the vehicle. The process of picking up the car was so simple.
