My family and I were returning home from a trip to Lewiston. The engine overheated on the grade so we pulled over and sure enough two heater hoses and ruptured and the coolant was all pumped out. We made a call to the Wysup Dodge dealership in Pullman and spoke with the Service Department Manager Kristi Gibbs who was very gracious and sympathetic to our dilemma. When we arrived at the dealership we were promptly greeted by Kristi who went to great lengths to provide us with a loaner vehicle throughout the Memorial Day weekend. The necessary parts were ordered and the vehicle returned to us repaired the day after the holiday. This was the epitome of great customer service and this measure of kindness has convinced me to be a repeat customer. Great job Wysup Dodge!!!!????????????
