I came to Auto Gem with my family because they both had great buying experiences with this dealership. This was my first time purchasing a car and I’m so glad Moe guided me through it without feeling pressured. He was so patient and kind. His cars practically sell themselves. You’re going to love the prices! I knew I wanted an SUV but I didn’t know what kind. I saw a Jeep for such a great price and I had to get it. He made sure we felt at home and we left happy. Wow wow wow! I didn't think it was possible to have such an easy, no pressure car buying experience! And to have that experience with my 17 year old son who was buying his very first car with money he had been saving for 2 years..to not be consumed w stessful sales pitches as we were fully prepared to go to battle since everyone said dealers don't like customers that pay with cash..boy we were wrong! It was a day he will always remember with pride as Mo treated him like the paying customer he was. What a great business you got there, Mo..i will be back someday to trade in my Ford and get amazing deal on that Tacoma you promised me! ???? Just bought a very nice G6 Hardtop convertible as a 1st car for the grandson from Moe today. No hard sell tactics or pressure, AND the pricing was below market value. Bought an extended warranty contract so we feel great about coverage Moe, the GM is delivering the car to my house in Roseville. That definitely is 5 star customer service. The buying experience is so great that we are asking Moe to search for yet another car for us. We gave him the requirements, and he is looking for just the right car for us.
