Dan is the best mechanic I’ve had. I don’t know much about cars but he talks to you in a way you can understand. He has done some minor things for free and has asked if the price for battery replacement and other things were okay with me - you won’t ever be ripped off or sold something you don’t need here. He’s also just a good human. Thank you. ?? (Side note : there’s nowhere to wait inside or outside really, you’ll have to have someone drive you home or be able to walk around / go to a coffee shop nearby).

Dan at Community Automotive truly saved the day for me. When my brakes suddenly went out, I reached out to them, and Dan managed to schedule me for the very next day. What stood out was his exceptional customer service. I had a crucial interview later that day, and Dan went above and beyond to accommodate my situation. Not only did he address the brake issue promptly, but he also ensured I was back on the road in time for my interview. I'm grateful for his efficiency, professionalism, and the extra effort to make a stressful situation more manageable. Friendly, quick, helpful, fairly priced! I called around 2:30 PM on a Saturday desperate to get a bearing and hub fixed that I just found out about, two days before leaving on a road trip. I asked if there was any way it could get done the same day and explained the situation and Dan said “come drop it off, I’ll start shopping around for the parts right now.” I was headed home just after 5! I didn’t feel stupid or looked down on for not knowing anything about cars, and he did it for hundreds less than I was quoted by a large chain store. I chose this shop based on the most promising reviews I saw in about three minutes of panicked research, and I’m so glad I did.
