2009 MINI Cooper -

My husband & I had an excellent experience at Motor Cars of OC! We found a vehicle on their website that we were interested in & decided to take the 1 hour drive to the dealership. Bob had the vehicle ready for us to look at & test drive. After a smooth test drive & seeing how immaculate the vehicle looked, my husband & I decided to move forward with the purchase. We have now had the vehicle for 5 months & we are just as happy with the vehicle now as we were the day that we purchased it. The vehicle runs perfectly & we have had absolutely no issues. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Motor cars of OC!

Purchased a 2004 Jaguar XJR from this dealership. I say "dealership" but not in the traditional sense of the word, because Sal, Alix and Bob were great to deal with throughout the process. No pressure, very friendly, honest and straightforward. Sal spent a lot of time with my wife and I going through all aspects of the car, including a couple of small items that need to be fixed, as you can imagine there would be on an older Jaguar. Overall, we're very happy with the car and the entire buying experience. Would happily do business with these gentlemen again! Thanks

I don't typically take the time to write reviews, however in this instance I feel obligated. First and foremost, let's start with the negatives: There simply are NONE, if anything else, the gentlemen at this business understated the quality and value of the vehicle we purchased from them. The car (2007 Audi A3 Sport Wagon) was simply nicer than nice, it was excellent. My son and I engaged with Motor Cars of OC after a rather arduous search that lasted a few months. From the likes of the big box dealers, down to the smaller city car lots to no avail. We were specifically seeking a pre-owned Audi. Many of the dealers we visited were not always forthright in their description of the specific details on vehicles they had on their lot. Dealers like STG were nice, the antics that pursued after viewing cars on their lot were burdensome. From continuous phone calls and text messages to simply mis-representing their goods. While this review is not about them, it is about Motor Cars of OC. The staff there, Bob was concise in their description of the vehicle we purchased. Once we arrived and started looking at the car, we were shocked, the car was pristine, clean, and exactly as stated on the phone and actually much nicer. Bob presented to my son the keys, and after checking my son's license, offered the car up for an unsupervised test drive, with no time limits or direction on where to take the car, other dealers insisted on riding with us, as though we we're going to run off with their car. The entire transaction was simply pleasurable and devoid of any pressure of any kind. In short, these people at this small concierge dealership were efficient, honest and above all forthright. My son drove off in what I consider was the safest, most viable ride we had looked at over the many months we searched for a vehicle. I sincerely appreciate their genuine attitude and candor when showing us the car, then further consummating the transaction. If you are searching for a good, reliable, and clean vehicle, give these folks a call as I don't think you will find a more honest group from which to purchase a vehicle from. The concierge dealership is beyond reproach and real delight to do business with, if you try them out, I'm certain your experience will mimic this review.
