2009 MINI Cooper -

Purchased my 2021 Jeep Cherokee there last night. We were greeted with smiles and met with our sales associate immediately. I was impressed with the kindness and quality of the sales associate we worked with, Rafael. He took all of our questions and considerations and was tentative to getting answers…(We asked a lot of questions) I really appreciate his patience and customer service skills. Additionally his manager was great, I believe it was Matt. They both were so kind and accommodating. I even got a full tank of gas out the of deal! The finance team were also quick and had great conversation. Overall I am ecstatic with my vehicle and the incredible customer service provided by Rafael. Thank you guys for everything you do! I’m happy to be riding in style! :)

I just got a brand new car with Mikey. He spent six hours trying to help me find the perfect card it was my first car purchase. He helped me find the best deal with the best insurance. The most patient, hard working, and kind person there. Now I can go to school and work safely because of him. I wish I could give this place/ and him a 10!!!

Amazing experience! Joey hooked us up with our beautiful RAM 1500. He did a great job of finding exactly what we were looking for and making sure we got the best deal. Kissy was amazing in finance as well, we’re fortunate to have our beautiful new truck covered in terms of the vehicle’s warranty (and maintenance!!!) for many amazing years and miles to come. She made the process incredibly easy and enjoyable. Can’t say enough great things about the team at Napleton Arlington Heights CDJR.
