One of the very few dealers in my personal opinion that you can fully trust. It’s very hard to trust people. But I’m so glad I bought my car from this dealer. 7 months later, no regrets. And the best part? He still welcomes any feedback, positive or negative. And not only that, Mr. Mahmood goes above and beyond in serving his clients. He literally took down the details of my requirement (specs, price, year, mileage), and he has ensured he’d keep an eye out at the auctions to get something of my liking. You really don’t find such genuine customer service, at this level, in today’s world. You can fully trust. And just like how others have pointed out, I definitely got a bang for my buck. He’s given me a car that had a much higher market value than what I paid for. Highly recommended dealer. I bought my other classmates too when they wanted to buy a car.

Merhi Motors is one of the best businesses I have had the pleasure of working with. The owner is friendly, straightforward, and accommodating. Every other Denver car dealership I viewed pestered me non-stop and called me at all hours of the day, even after I bought a car, but Merhi was always respectful when I called him. When I was coming down to see the car I was interested in, he had closed the lot due to the weather, but returned to open it for me and show me the car since I had come down. He returned to open the lot and said he had a call from a previous customer and went to help her with her swamped car, which was really beyond his role and very nice of him. He held the car for me as I had to wait for my loan to be finalized, since he does not do in-house financing, and was very flexible with the loan holder, including allowing inspections and other things required by the loan company. When one of the headlights went out shortly after I purchased the car, he replaced both headlights with high quality bulbs. His mechanics repaired a loose connection in the headlight, and fixed a erratic door lock free of charge to take care of me. They also noticed a problem with the washer fluid pump, and showed me what was wrong and gave me an honest estimate of the cost of the replacement part and where I could get it. I'm very happy with my car and experience with Merhi Motors. As a first time buyer, they took care of me, communicated with my often-frustrating loan company and brokerage, and held the car for me because he knew how much we loved it. He then went out of his way to make sure it was functioning, when he could have left me with the minor repairs and sold it as is. They are a fantastic local business of people that care, and deserve your business if you are looking to purchase a car. We highly recommend to all car buyers, but especially first car buyers or people looking for good quality and well-priced used cars.
