2009 MINI Cooper

I took my car in for service and talked to Christian while I waited. He walked me around and we looked at various cars, never pushing me to do anything. We ended up driving a few. They made an offer to buy my car or trade it in for something else. The offer was good and I went home to think about it. A few days later he called me with a trade in offer and it was much better than I anticipated. If I was going to trade though, I wanted a specific vehicle. Gerry and Christian found that vehicle and were able to get it in a short amount of time and honored the same deal as they offered for the car they had. This is now my second Audi from Audi Morton Grove and I couldn’t be happier with my new S5 Sportback!

This is the Palace of all Audi dealerships. The showroom is meticulously designed in all aspects. Huge selection of vehicles, impressive to be sure. My experience began with Kenny, Audi Brand Specialist. He is the “encyclopedia” of Audi vehicles. His knowledge and friendly manner was truly exceptional. Immediately I felt at ease. Then after test driving a couple of Audi’s I wanted to discuss a possible purchase of one of the cars. He introduced to me to the sales manager, Carlos. After a friendly conversation, I decided I wanted to discuss the possibility of my buying a new Audi. After discussing and understanding all options available on the car, I knew the car I wanted. The negotiation process was smooth. In that, I received a great offer on my trade in, then upfront he told me the manufacturer rebate on the New Audi. The price was great and I decided I to purchase the car. Next step of course Is to see the financial manger, Babelon. Once again another friendly conversation ensued. He “shopped” carefully to find the best interest rate possible. Then made all the paperwork easy to understand.To sum it all up, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was looking through the market for a minute looking for the perfect daily…I stumbled across a 2019 S4 with a beautiful interior and it was available at there lot! Yoshi and Andrew were amazing and were able to answers all my questions and reach back quickly, which is very appreciated! Yoshi was amazing throughout the whole process of test driving the car and answering all my questions. They made everything simple and easy for me! Overall experience was wonderful!
