2009 MINI Cooper -

These guys were fantastic to work with. I just moved to the island this week and was looking for a vehicle because rental prices are ridiculous here on the island. I went and checked out a 2000 Ford Ranger. It was pretty beat up, but I just needed something cheap that runs. I test drove it, and the truck drove nice, so we worked something out and I bought it! Only thing is, 11 miles after my purchase, on my way home, the car shut off and wont restart. I called the guys and they felt so bad. They immediately called a tow truck, which was there in 10 minutes (bear in mind this was at 4 pm in RUSH HOUR!) The owner felt terrible and said they'd get it figured out (even though the vehicle was sold as is). In the meantime, the owner set me up with a loaner car, a 2004 toyato camry, and the next day they had fixed up the truck, replacing the mass air flow sensor. Now this baby is running solid and at no cost to me. These guys are the best, if your in the market for a used vehicle, definitely check them out. From what it sounds like, they had another owner who left, hence the other poor reviews, but I can tell from my experience that things have really changed. If you get a used car anywhere else, you are loco! C.J., Dave, and the "Growler" will make it happen, even if you have less than perfect credit. Their selection of used vehicles is stellar. The least expensive vehicle is still a roadworthy car. These Guys know the meaning of aloha... they care about their customers. From the moment you step on the lot to the time that you leave, the buying experience is fabulous. Throw in their great sense of humor and the buying experience is over the top! I was able to get the exact vehicle for under the price I expected. Amazing, in this day and age. They genuinely serve their customers with honesty. Can you imagine that???
