I purchased a 2008 Lexus GX and had an incredible experience at Morales motors. The sales staff was kind, courteous and upfront about the condition of the car. They provided Lexus history reports Carfax reports and personal insight on the car. My husband is deployed, and I never once felt like I was being takeb advantage of. They are even having me come back to drop the car off and fix an interior, rip on the seat and providing me with new keys. I trust this car will run for the intended time we need to and cannot recommend them enough. If anything changes I review will change but for now, these guys are the best to buy a used vehicle from in the area. Morales Motors will have you leaving with the biggest smile on your face and the best customer service experience you've ever had while buying a vehicle. I bought a 2012 Subaru Impreza a couple months ago and the car has been running smoothly and I can even say perfectly. No issues, I recently did an oil change because I put about 3500 miles, everything was looking great under the hood. Will definitely recommend family and friends and I might even buy my next "new to me" car here. The attention to detail on the process, they deliver you the car smelling like new car smell and a great detail from the Washing Shop, shout out to Emanuel and Taylor for their great help and for finding me the right car for my needs at an affordable price as well. Talked to Taylor the general manager for about a week or 2 before actually making it to the dealer to purchase my very first car a 2017 Kia cadenza technology he got me photos of the car prior to it even being detailed and i loved it it was super clean ran amazing . He was very professional as well as the whole Morales Motors team they made us feel very at home. Highly recommend anyone to check them out!
