It’s very rare to see a car dealership having above 4.5 star review on google. This tells you A LOT about their business. Well let me tell you about my great if not best experience I had at a car dealership. I bought a old used car and personally picked it up all the way from Colorado. My sales rep Brandon was very honest and communicative from the start. They even picked me up from the airport (1.5hrs away) and changed out the battery and oil to make sure I get home safe without being stranded. When I arrived at the dealership, the owner Chad personally introduced himself and thanked me for the business. When was the last time a dealership owner came up to you and thanked you for your purchase? It’s a shame but for me this was the first time! Small gestures like this makes the overall experience a great one. I had numerous dealership experiences buying new cars and the service and professionalism from Deery Brothers, Brandon and Chad was outstanding compared to my previous dealership experience. Owen made the entire purchasing experience a breeze. Personal, friendly, yet professional. Showed a desire to make sure we were getting the right vehicle for our needs. He stayed in touch throughout the process without being pushy and his follow-ups were actually appreciated. Chad the GM made a point of stopping in to make sure we were happy with everything. Together, they made us feel very at-ease. One of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've had in over 60 years of driving.
