2009 MINI Cooper S

I had the absolute best experience with Ourisman Subaru Waldorf. Specifically Tyrone in the used car department and David in finance. I was in there to buy my first car to be in my name and my name only as a 20y/o woman. As soon as I walked in with my parents, as I was worried they would try to take advantage of a young woman buying a car for the first time, it was established that I would be the one getting the car and from that point on I was the main focus. I had read horror stories of young women having to deal with horrible misogyny and ignorance from salespeople at different dealerships, but you will not find that here. I felt very heard on my wants and needs, as well as truly respected. My parents were included in the conversation and respected, but not looked to for final say. Tyrone worked with my budget and never pressured anything including paperwork, warranty packages, or anything onto me. David took as much time as I needed to truly go through the paperwork and explain anything I was unsure about with such great knowledge. With both gentlemen, it was like talking with a friend that was just more knowledgeable on a certain subject. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO BISCUITS AND GRAVY AND THEIR MOM!!! Biscuits and gravy are super great golden retrievers that are great at making you forget how stressful buying a car can be. And their mom, who I unfortunately can not remember her name, but I know was in the finance department, was super personable and great to work with. And I ended up with an absolute dream of a first car!

Mason is amazing! The whole experience of purchasing my new Subaru outback 2024 was breezy and pleasant. He drove 1 hour to deliver the car to my home, and showed us everything. David is patient and helpful with finances, love both of them! Will definitely go back to get my second one for my child next time.

I came in for my appointment on Wednesday with Arron, who is was very professional and understanding with my needs for an affordable car. After we discussed the terms and the price of my 2024 Sabaru Legecy. I was able to leave with the car that day with a very affordable price. I love this car so many safety features which is huge for me. I definitely recommend that you all ask for Arron and he will put you in the vehicle you want.
