Prior to buying a car I looked at all the dealerships for the vehicle that I was searching for 2nd generation Toyota Highlander. With the car market and how things are it was difficult to find something at a reasonable price as you all know in 2023 there is inflation and dealership marking up their prices. Prior to reaching out to prime Auto imports I did my research on a dealership and looked at all the reviews It seemed like they had good reviews and a good reputation I checked their website and it looks welcoming and presentable. I was able to find a vehicle that I liked but living 400 miles away and having a newborn it was difficult for me to make the trip down there. The vehicle that I found on their site was the best price and found throughout the state with the low miles. After making my decision I decided to reach out to them and they were welcoming and professional. I mainly work with Tony and Fadi. They were real professional walk me through on the process of buying a car out of the area since this was my first time. We agreed on the sales price however I did try to talk Tony down on the price but he was for but he was willing to work with me offering me a full gas of tank and detail upon purchase. And this was the best price for that type of vehicle throughout the state of California. I didn't feel pressured by them they just let me know when I'm ready go ahead and proceed for it. The bank transaction and the sales process was flawless. Prior to the purchase I did ask them to take it to my preferred mechanic I found in the other area to do a pre inspection purchase without hesitation they went ahead and did it and I had the mechanic look at it and pass with flying colors. At the end the vehicle was shipped to me and I was able to find my own shipper but they did have a list of shippers that they worked in the past. Overall I I had a really good experience with them they were really professional and there were still pressure throughout the process. When Tony was not around I had Fadi to contact as a back up. I also get the vibe that they are a very busy dealership but at no point I ever felt like they didn't have time for me or to assist me with any questions or concerns. This is a pleasant first time experience in buying a car dealership and I hope we do business again one day when it's time to find another car. I wish the dealership the best and continue to thrive. One last notable thing I would like to mention is that Tony forgot to detail the car prior to purchase. I assume they got busy at their dealership and a lot of moving parts. Fadi did reach out to me to let me know that Tony Will send me a check to compensate for the detail. It did take a while and I had to follow up and remind them but that's okay. As long as they follow through and do business the right way.

Me and my girlfriend went in there last Wednesday to look at a 2006 Yukon they had I was interested in. The day before I emailed and talked to Fred to make sure it was there still and available. He let me know it was and some more info on it. We went in the morning and was greeted by Fred who took us too it and let us check it out for awhile by ourselves to look it over and discuss it. Then let us test drive it which I was very happy with. We talked numbers and told him wanted to think it over and discuss what down we were going to do and payment range we wanted which he was OK with it told us to take our time. Emailed him on Thursday about what deal I was hoping for and got a call back they were able to do it, did the online app got a call back very quickly from him saying was all good to go and broke down payments and terms with me. I was in Friday morning and Tony made the financing and paperwork very quick and easy for me. Was very pleased with the experience and professionalism they gave me and my girlfriend there will definitely refer people to them and probably buy another vehicle in the future from them. Thanks again Fred, Tony and the team for getting me out in the Yukon I had been dying to get!
