Stopped in on a Saturday to have the service tech review my Mini JCW Tires i asked for an oil change also. The service tech was upfront and honest said he will squeeze me in. Can’t say enough of how courteous the service tech was in my request and got me out within an hour. Don’t want to guarantee they will do that all the time but since i purchased my Mini at Prestige i have had not one bad experience with either the salesman (Terry) or any of the service techs. Thanks again
