Since 2010 I've been going to this dealership anytime I needed something special for one of my BMWs that I couldn't find at major auto parts stores. I'm a DIY mechanic and I love working on BMWs cuz they're fun. The people of mag have never once shown me any disrespect or looked down upon me. They're always polite and courteous and do their jobs the way you're supposed to. They have good coffee and people who have a moment will stop and talk to me because customers come first. I'm trying to get a job there as a service technician and eventually become fully certified through the program. My intention is to buy a BMW from them at some point. I love BMWs and they have a great selection that makes it very difficult to decide which one I really want. Keep up the good work guys. I love everybody that works there. You guys rock. The pictures are of my latest steed. It's been fun and this thing can fly. ?
Just bought my 2025 BMW i5 M60 from MAG BMW in Dublin, Ohio, and I’ve got to say working with sales rep Dave Sharma was as smooth as it gets. I flew in from out of state (two connecting flights) to pick up the car, and it was exactly as described: like brand new, spotless, and sitting there with just 500 miles on it. Dave was on point from the start. He sent me super detailed videos before I even got on the plane, answered every call right away, and even checked in a couple days after the sale to make sure everything was good. That’s rare these days most people disappear once the paperwork’s done. If you’re looking for someone who’s straight-up professional, knows his stuff, and actually cares that you have a great experience, talk to Dave. He’s the real deal. Couldn’t be happier with the car or how he handled the whole thing.
I have been going to MAG for years for service on my VW. So I knew I wanted to go there for my new car. I couldn’t be happier with my 2025X1 M35. I saw it online and knew it was mine. The sales/financing people at MAG BMW were great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - I really appreciated it. And I’m not rich or anything, just a normal person with a regular job. And now I have a great car.
