2006 MINI Cooper Base

I purchased a car with top tier auto sales a few weeks ago & I have to say I love these people. This is a husband and wife owned business & they are an amazing duo. They called after I put an inquiry in online, and I came to their lot in the same day. For a smaller dealership, they had a ton of desirable vehicles. All of their cars had carfaxes & the husband was very transparent and answered all the questions I had about the condition of the car. After the test drive and deciding on the particular car I wanted, I sat down with the wife to fill out the application. I could see the screen the whole time & again, a very transparent process. They ordered a couple cosmetic parts (the husband offered to purchase and replace without me pushing). The same day, he took the car immediately for an oil change & called a lock & key smith & got me new fob and keys (x2). After a couple weeks when parts came in, they called me to let me know they were there & I could come in any time to have them replaced. Without a doubt, great deal on the car! Most importantly, GREAT BUSINESS WITH AMAZING PEOPLE. In the future, as long as these people are selling cars, I will refer for business & give them my business. 10 stars if they had the option! Top Tier Auto is a wonderful family run business. Both Mike and Vera provide a high level of customer service and exhibit a level of integrity that is rare in used automotive sales. This was my first time buying a car from a used car dealership and frankly I was skeptical. I bought a 2013 forester from them and everything about the car is as they promised. After working with them all of my reservations and skepticism was alleviated. These are trustworthy people that run an honest business. Buy a car from them, you will not be disappointed.
