I can’t believe I finally got my BMW X5! The whole experience at the dealership was amazing from start to finish. The moment I sat behind the wheel for the test drive, I knew this was the car for me. I worked with salesman, Ian Killough. He was excellent I was able to easily negotiate and purchase a used car. He answered every question I had big or small. He made himself available around the clock. He sent me many pictures and a video since I live on the East Coast. I was purchasing the car long distance. Overall he made the process very easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach back out to Ian for any other car purchase needs even being on the East Coast. Jean was great with handling all the paperwork as well Thanks!
