Richard, our sales professional was very pleasant to work with and in a very low key manner, delivered exactly what we were looking for! The finance manager was very thorough and we learned that he had been doing his job for 30 years. His experience was evident. When I picked up my car it had a red ribbon on it and Kyle walked me through the features and took a picture of me with my new car! I am a very happy customer.

Buying a new car can be stressful and overwhelming but my sales associate James made the process easy and straightforward. When walking into the Scottsdale Bell Lexus, it was a pleasant and calm environment (much different than other dealerships including another Lexus dealership I visited). By the time I made it home around 8:00 p.m., I panicked as I did not think I could fit my brand new Lexus into my garage! I was not used to a car with warning sensors as you got close to an object so thought the car was too big for my garage. After a half hour trying to get the car into the garage I called James. Even though he had spent many hours with me during the car purchase and even though he was just getting off work, he offered to swing by my house to help guide me and my new car into the garage. That is exceptional customer service! Fortunately I was able to call a friend who came over and helped me realize the car does fit ???? I would recommend Bell Lexus and while I hope to avoid car repairs for a long long time.... I trust this dealership will make service and repairs a breeze.
