The staff was very friendly and helpful. It took a bit longer than I would have liked to get the estimate to the insurance company, but I appreciate their thorough review, even though, in the end, the car was totaled. I'm grateful to be alive after being t-boned, so I said my good-byes to my dependent lil micro machine!

The old Dennis Hyundai is now great lakes Hyundai, new smarter staff that speak intelligently, and some of the best managers I've seen. By the way great selection on new and pre-owned. Check them out

Overall good experience, salesman wasn't pushy, they honored the internet price we discussed over the phone, my only complaint was they didn't disclose the body damage over the phone after asking if there was anything wrong with it, then drove 2.5 hours to see this. We ended up well, they negotiated the price to compensate without too much hassle, but they should've disclosed this. Overall I'm satisfied with the experience.
