After finding the Corolla Cross at Jerry's, I was not happy with the deal they offered. Especially the mandatory LoJack for an additional $995. I found the same exact car at Sheehy for $2000 less. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable about the car and patient. We actually bought the very first car sold by the new Sheehy dealership!

Buying a car from Bill Kidds was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've had. Matt Ellis worked with me and on my schedule to make sure I found a vehicle that fit my requirements and was within what I wanted to spend. The whole team made sure that I was in and out in tge time frame that I had and did not try to drag anything out. Matt was very helpful with picking out a vehicle that he thought my wife would like and that would be appropriate and safe for my kids to learn to drive. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Bill Kidds.

I personally had the best experience at Bill Kidd's when I finally decided it was time to take the months of online research into the dealerships. I will be honest, I spent time at Lexus, BMW, Jeep and another Toyota dealer in the Owing Mills area, test driving cars and asking lots of questions and I can't say enough about the positive experience I had at Bill Kidd's. Huge shout out to Carlos who was incredibly helpful with discussing all the ins/outs, pros/cons, trim options + other add-ons etc. and did not try the 'hard sell' AT ALL which I loved. It was an incredibly pleasant experience over the 2 days I spent test driving, talking, researching more, etc. before finally deciding I had the right car and dealership. He was very responsive to additional questions (over phone and text), and helped me get an even better deal than the already heavily discounted one offered (end of month is the way to go at dealerships!). Shout out to Frank too for talking through all the warrant options, add-ons and again - providing sound logic/rationale and letting me make the decisions - no pressure whatsoever on an already stressful situation. Overall, I'm very happy with Carlos and the team and love my new Sequoia; rides like a dream for a full-size SUV (way better than Lexus GX550 from suspension/handling POV), has plenty of space (much roomier than the X7 and can actually get to 3rd row without folding 2nd row - a must with car seats/small kids) and feels way more lux than the Lexus TX/Grand Highlander inside. Do yourself a favor and give Carlos a call if you're interested in a new Toyota, I will be going back here in the future!
