Tyler was great at helping us test drive several vehicles. He was very patient with us as well. We bought a great vehicle and was able to get in house financing to help boast my credit back up. The only issue I have had is after purchasing the vehicle I noticed severe shaking of the steering wheel as well as the vehicle itself as I would break. More than likely brakes and rotors need changes. I was able to reach out to Tyler and he gave me the service centers number. I was able to call and get an appointment scheduled. I am hopeful that they will fix the issue without it coming out of my pocket as they sold it that way. Overall I was pleased with my purchase and ability to walk out with a vehicle. We had a great salesman who even entertained my children during the paperwork process. I look forward to my appointment on Monday in hopes to get our new vehicle in great shape for our family.
If your looking to buy a vehicle look no further! I had the privilege to work with Tyler Beem who was absolutely amazing and patient through out the entire process. He went above and beyond trying to help me and I ended up with a beautiful 2018 Chevy Equinox! He never hesitated to answer any questions I had. They are the most wonderful people I have ever dealt with at a dealership. All staff was amazing. I had to bring my two year old in and they always gave her snacks and were beyond sweet/caring.
