Listen, when I say we received the best customer service I mean it was the Best. My boyfriends truck had given out on him and we was sharing one vehicle. With work school and our daily activities it was to much on us. My boyfriend never bought a new car and had been driving the same truck for a decade so his credit was not the best. We went to Right Way and was lied to several times and our credit ran 12 times. He lost all hope until we pulled into Cincinnati Auto Credit and meet Josh. I told Josh exactly what we had been through, what down payment we had and out situation and my boyfriend left in his new car that evening. We also arrived at the location 20 minutes before they closed and they stayed just to help us. If I could give 20 stars I would. I have never been so satisfied with a car salesman in my life!! If you need a car go see JOSH!! He is the best. Thanks Josh for all your help and to the lady that stayed over to do the paperwork. Now, I want a new car so I will be seeing you all this week.

Buying from the Fairfield location was a great experience. After having some poor experiences at a couple of other places the day before, the attentiveness and customer service we received turned our vehicle search from stressful to enjoyable. Josh made the application process quick and was super personable to talk to while we were waiting and the guy with the {great} hair was extremely nice, explained everything to us and got us through our paperwork, out the door and on our way quickly. Great day, great service, great afternoon in our new vehicle! Thanks guys!! We’re happy we skipped our appointment with the guys next door and stopped there first instead.
